The villa is comprised of a most attractive spacious lounge, and dining room which open onto a beautifully furnished terrace leading to the pool and garden area.
The large lounge - adjoins the lovely dining room which seats 10 people.
The state of the art kitchen has every appliance imaginable.
The very large master bedroom has a walk in closet and full en-suite bathroom.
There are 4 further guest bedrooms - one with king size bed + en-suite, , one with twin beds + en-suite, and a smaller room - possibly more suited for children with single + pull out bed.
The 4th bedroom is actually a second lounge / cinema room with substantial double sofa bed.

Las Chapas has long been recognised as one of Marbella's most prestigious suburbs. It's owner had furnished and equipped the property in which he has lived to accomodate his own needs - so expect to find more than your average holiday villa here !! In addition to the villa's lovely rooms - there is a separate 'chill out' room - in the attractive tower of the villa. This room is lined with sumptuous cushions and is a lovely place to relax, listen to music and enjoy the balmy Marbella evenings. The villa is in a very elevated position - offering fabulous views of the surrounding area and the Mediterranean. For further relaxation - aside from the lovely pool, fabulous terrace and state of the art TV and sound system - there is also a games console for guests use. For al fresco meals on the villa's terrace is a BBQ. A small office room equipped with pc and printer is available for guest's use.
