The beautiful seafront promenade, Paseo Maritimo, runs from Playamar along to La Carihuela, continuing as far as Benalmadena Marina. The attractive and more authentically Spanish area of La Carihuela, where the apartment is located, is a charming area to the west of Torremolinos and close to the famous harbour of Benalmádena. Walking along the Paseo Maritimo from La Carihuela to the centre of Torremolinos or to Benalmádena you’ll find all kind of shops, exclusive boutiques and gift shops. terraces, tapas bars and excellent seafront fish restaurants.
At the heart of the town is the pedestrian Calle San Miguel, the main artery of the town. This street is lined with boutiques and shops with a great variety of goods on offer.
