| BENALMADENA |
Is located between MALAGA and MARBELLA.
Is originally a fishing village and still has an old town centre.
PUERTO MARINA
Is one of the best Marinas at the Mediterranean Sea with about a 1000
moorings and in 1999 it was judged as Europe's most beautiful yacht
harbour. The yacht harbour is built in Moorish style. The sea-front
is socially busy during the whole year, due to the nice little shops
and the different type of restaurants.
At the coast lies BENALMADENA-COSTA provided with an attractive and
endless beach promenade with plenty of atmosphere on its terraces,
restaurants and shops.
Behind on the hill BENALMADENA-PUEBLO the Old Town, with also a lot
to experience, a little village in itself.
Arroyo de la Miel
is a place with a nice square to go out, the weekly market is held
there as well (on Fridays). It is also THE top place to go out for
the Spaniards themselves, to eat well, to be socially together, a
must to go and have a look. Around the square there are again many
lovely shops to be found.
COSTA DEL SOL
is also called the COSTA DEL GOLF. Within a radius of 20 km there are
about 30 golf courses, varying from 9 holes to 36 holes.
This regions has everything to offer, such as beaches, sea,
marvellous views, a beautiful country-side with many historical
towns, deluxe restaurants, marinas and 4 and 5 star top class hotels.
The 2000 year old, provincial capital and sea port MALAGA is located
at 20km distance from the apartment and can be reached via de coastal
road N-340. MALAGA is a large town with 600.000 inhabitants and has a
very old centre.
MARABELLA
lies at 25 km distance and is accessible via a beautiful coastal road
or a fast motor-way which passes at 3km distance from BENALMADENA.
Due to the geographic situation on the bay of MALAGA and under the
mountain chain of the Sierra de Mijas that protects the region
against the cold and also against the mostly dry and hot Northern
winds, the notorious terrales, it enjoys an enviable microclimate
with mild temperatures during the whole year.
The average yearly temperature at the COSTA DEL SOL is of 22 degrees
centigrade.
Out of the 365 days per year the sun shines during 325 days!
BENALMADENA
is situated in the province of ANDALUCIA the most southern and
friendliest province of Spain and this province is about as big as
The Netherlands. Straight opposite the Costa is Northern Africa at
only 50km distance.
By car you drive via Paris, Bordeaux, San Sebastian, Burgos, Madrid
Granada and Malaga to your destinations and the distance is about
2350 km.
From London-Malaga flying-time about 2-3 hours.
Malaga's Airport is at 15 minutes drive from BENALMADENA.

OUTBOUND LIFE
The outbound center of the Costa del Sol is very various,
of the boulevards in the various places till the lake native
outbound life which the Spaniards self from eat go etc.
Choice is there enough.
But the most beautiful spot is well the very fancy hunt
harbor of BENALMADENA "Puerto Marina" with a store,
restaurant and boulevard where the the entire year
pleasant stay is. Summers you can shop here yet,
7 days per week, and from food can here till of the
evenings 23.30 hour yet easy till 23.00 hour
